as the gens go fruther on I find that the legendaries get better. Oh you curbstopped the Elite Four with your Mewtwo? Lets see how he does against my dragon/ghost type pokemon.

Hmm, favored team would be Sableye, Milotic, Tropius, Samurott, Hydreigon, and Volcarona.

For me I stick to my old-school fave trio of Ninetales, Breloom, and Lanturne.

My Platinum character does not even have the starter in his team.
 
Mismagius(choicespecs), Gardevoir(destinyknot?), Wobbufet(leftovers), Togekiss, Lucario.
 
Also I don’t have earthquake, and despite my specific descriptions or cliche choices I hate competitive pokeymannin.

I stopped following Pokemon after Gen 4. I got tired of memorizing the names of the Pokemon afterwards.

But Pikachu has horrible stats and is pretty much worthless everywhere  
I mean it doesn’t even have good defense at all and what team doesn’t carry something with earthquake

Obivously Salamence was my favorite considering I named myself after it.  

 
And I won’t forget about Blaziken, one of my favorite starters.

yes I agree with you gg666, if you kept playing the games up till now you could have had most of them jack-o-lantern.

well us who stuck by it get is easier. We can just transfer all our pokemons from the previous gen to the new ones :D

251 will always be my number, to me that was when Pokemon was most pure. Truthfully, I stopped playing after Gold, Silver, and Crystal.
