What is this “Ultimare universe”?

I’d love to write something pertaining to this super cool alt. universe…if I wasn’t stuck with a major writer’s block 3 years and running with my own original series that I really have no choice in neglecting due to my creativity being sapped away due to the stress and demands of real life.
