She had no way of knowing Starlight was gonna be there. For all she knew, she was performing a trick with a very high chance of her dying.
 
Before, she had a way out, but with Starlight gone, her chances of pulling it off went from 1 to 1 to 100 to 1. And considering how they parted and the fact that Twilight still doesn’t trust her, she probably felt like she had no reason to live anymore. Might as well go out doing what she loves.

Maybe a vibe but i mainly thought she was still doing her performance while being depressed ala “the show must go on anyway,i still need to get paid and i have the mortgage to pay at the end of the month so i cant allow myself to skip this performance”

I got that impression, too, though not so much “actively attempting suicide” as accepting her death as a likely outcome. She was hoping Starlight would come through at the last second.
