Nah I’ve been burned way too many times to give them any more chances at this point I just try to look at the art and try to laugh at the bits I see. You seem to have mistaken my comment for a negative one I’m actually saying these comics are more enjoyable out of context and that you should just try to enjoy them as they come because if you try to make sense of it or read the entire plot you’ll most likely just get a headache.
 
Basically this looks neat and seems funny and so long as I don’t read too much into it it’s enjoyable.

Only time she ever did that was in one of the alternative timelines in the S5 finale. Wonder why she hardly does that when her kingdom is threatened.  
I guess the show/comic makers don’t wanna seem pro-war or anything, or military action is to “dark” for a girl show. I dunno.

In any rational setting, this would be where Celestia would send in the military, or they explain why she couldn’t.

I’m starting to wonder if some fans don’t want any adventure/action/edgy things, or any conflict in the show/comic whatsoever, and just want slice-of-life fluff.
 
They should just watch G3 MLP if that’s the case.
