I posted this elsewhere, but I wanted to add it here too.
Quibble: You’ll notice that in the illustration right here, on page 173, when Daring Do has to play that long forgotten ballad on the ancient skeleton like a xylophone, she strikes the third and fourth rib in succession. Yet on page 209, when she is playing a completely different song, the illustration shows her striking the same ribs but producing entirely different tones. I mean, what are we to believe, that this is some kind of “magic xylophone”, or something? Ha ha, boy, I really hope somebody got fired for that blunder.
What the hell are you ponies complaining about? Your critiquing a stallion based solely on a three-word character description in the synopsis, and not by his voice, dialect, personality, emotional disposition, actions, or interactions nopony has even yet seen and will not for a few weeks. XP

I think that most bronies are self aware they are super critical of a girls cartoon, so that they can take an exaggerated parody of a typical brony fully tongue in cheek. There will undoubtedly be some that do not see that and take offense, but this episode should be very enjoyable given the self-awareness most of us have.
Even if he IS an overly critical strawman, the character is still going to be hilarious. I loved Patton’s ““Alvin and the Chipmunks slowed down[](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BmBz2nhtiUs) routine.
Now, here’s hoping for Frank Welker as a guest star.

In a website frequented by Lucky Shot aka Mr.Disdain for the pleb ,yo still questionning the possibility of “fan of the fandoms” acting like this ?
@NostalgiaSchmaltz
I think a lot of fans have to keep 8n minD that this ep will be lovingly poking fun at us, and that no ill will is there (compared to “Itchy and Scratchy and Poochie” which was in part a criticism against Simpsons fans)
The synopsis kinda sounds like this new character is going to be a strawman of critics that harshly criticizes even the smallest perceived ‘issues’. :/
