It’s blurry, but those look waaay more like lightning bolts than hearts. Plus they are the same color, and Flitterheart’s hearts are pink and blue.

Rarity’s Dad has three footballs for a cutie mark.
 
That guy has what looks like part of the Porsche logo for a cutie mark (which is actually the coat of arms for a German city IIRC).
