The green pony is the default default avatar - that’s what is created when the site does not pass through any username to use as a seed at all.
 
The way comment previews work, it’s not possible to pass through a name because people posting anonymously won’t show a unique background pony ID. So unless someone smarter than me can figure that out, Limey Daze (as I just so named her) is going to be the official background pony of comment previews.
