No clue. I rarely have it myself (I can’t recall having it in like the past year) but I think it’s really good in small amounts.
It’s also ridiculously unhealthy for you. They got sued for the US commercials that made it appear to be a healthy breakfast option up there with fresh fruit.
You mean Europeans, or Americans? Because if Americans, yes we eat “American cheese.” While depending on the brand it has more or less actual cheese in it, it’s not as if it’s toxic and bad for you. It tastes pretty good on burgers and melts very nicely.
Vegemite/Marmite is definitely an acquired taste, but the problem is pretty much everyone outside of a country that natively consumes it does so the wrong way. They slather it on bread and take a bite, which is guaranteed to gag you. You have to use it in sparing quantities. Like tip of a spoon worth for an entire slice of toast. And then you should butter the toast first. I love the stuff, and yes I’m American.
