Yeah, I highly doubt they’d kill one another - if Pinkie dies, it’ll make us bronies rage (and by god we’re prone to it), but Deadpool has so many more fans, especially since his movie came out.
 
If they’re actually forced to kill each other, not everyone’s walking away happy. A draw/friendship is probably the best we can hope for, especially since Pinkie is VERY unlikely to kill. Unless they go Pinkamena fan-canon, which is also unlikely.

I’m still halfway hoping this ends with Pinkie Pie befriending Deadpool and them both calling it a draw. It just seems like something she’d do.
 
Alternatively, they could use their fourth wall breaking powers to realize how ridiculous it is that they’ve been forced into fighting each other and team up to find the hosts of the battle. That would also be fun.
