Being girly is not what Pinkie Pie is about, I feel like the artist has a major misconception about Pinkies personality. Rarity is the girly one. Pinkie Pie is more about fun and parties.
 
Pinkie is chaotic, she doesn’t care about shoes - she’d happily throw them off and jump in a mud pile if she thought it was funny. Hence her party cannons and general crazy shenanigans!
