Drawing good looking muscles is difficult on its own. It gets even more difficult on females, as idealized feminine archetypes often emphasize smooth/rounded shapes, which are pretty much the opposite of what musculature brings to the table. It would be a challenging balancing act trying to appeal to both.

The bodybuilder look seems to get a lot of downvotes, at least when it’s on mares. I just can’t wrap my head around it.

Hehe thanks BBB and maybe True. Hard to say cause the other one it seemed online many were 50-50 on it but more general pony fans like convention people personally liked it and even some kids at Bronycon seemed to immediately know it was a werewolf Luna more than the versions I did from 2011-2015. Weird mix. ;)
 
But this is a more transformed body…of course it will look like this in a way and toned. :) I personally felt this is how the design always needed to be……but Still tweeking this though as we go. It is new for me too especially the face is my thing I am more figuring out too.

This is great, but I bet many people have trouble with her looking so…masculine, maybe?
