My point was that despite Aria never being actually named, she still is more notable than characters who were. Regardless if one or two of them weren’t named, majority of them were quite forgettable

Some, yes, but I felt that a few of them weren’t mentioned in the movie, though Raid says that Cinch did indeed say their names in the second round.

But I’m sure at least SOME of them had their names mentioned. Sugarcoat at least.

IIRC Cinch mentioned them before the second round of the Friendship Games.

the movie intro lets me to believe there will be intense rivalry between the wondercolts and shadowbolts with heated back and forth interactions.
 
oh and there will be lots of sports prominently featured that will test the magic of friendship,fair play and the olympic spirit.
