Another example: Any instance of a character with two sets of genitals is tagged futa, not herm, because it’s faster to find or hide everything under just the one tag.

Frottage isn’t just genitals. Any (typically nonconsensual) rubbing of another’s body for one’s sexual stimulation is frottage.

Rape and/or Implied Rape tag? I know there’s no penetration or anything, but Octavia definitely looks not-so-consenting to this, and it’s definitely being done in a sexual context.
