“the stuff out of sync” is a common occurence in trailer,as in they took quotes from the movie and edited it on other footages/extract from the movie.It’s not exclusive to MLP,i doubt the movie will ook like a 1970 Bruce Lee karate movie-tier of dubbing
Apparently it’s less Lionsgate and more the advertisment agency they hired to make the trailers who cant convert 16 bits files to 8bits or something
Why Do people assume the teaser was made for fans? It was made for general audiences, most of whom wouldn’t care about minor rendering errors which you seem to be exaggerating. I think I know which user you are.
Dude, it’s a 30 second teaser. It’s not meant to say anything other than ‘this movie is happening, just so you all know’

because the “teaser” wasn’t so much a teaser rather than poorly cut out clips of animation thrown onto a glittery background with poorly synced voice clips that were taken from the show, some generic sounding trailer voice, and promotion of Sia.
Fams were expecting something that barely gave away anything to do with the story but teased us something to get us excited, to get us speculating, which is what a teaser trailer is supposed to do.
This in the other hand was more like
Oh hey we’re making this movie if you’re interested…. so yeah… come see it if you want…… it’s got Sia and a Bunch of these actors.

Hey Look, I’ve nothing against the MLP Crew, I was EXTREMELY disappointed in the S6 finale and the treatment the MANE 6 got in it. And that alone made me deciding to quit after the Movie but…. it’s more for personal health issues than anything else. Besides while I admit I could have avoided that “we are at the starting point yet again”, I don’t seem to having blamed Rebecca for this teaser being a bit messy and randomly made (even because I knew it she couldn’t have any influence in it)

It is true, I’ll admit it. I DO have some serious problems. For years I took my passions for MLP and Nintendo like they were reasons of life and that wasn’t right I know it, especially since I am an Asperger. And when the biggest disappointments from them that made me crumbled my love for them happened (E3 2015 for Nintendo and the S6 for MLP) I had some SERIOUS mental, phisical and emotional problems. I learned my lesson after those, and I won’t make the same mistakes ever again in future, but for MLP and Nintendo the damage is already done. As an Asperger, is VERY hard for me take out of my head this, so I had to figure how to quit them without overthinking constantly about them anymore. I recentely managed that with Nintendo, now I really want to do it for MLP which is why I really rely on the performance of the Mane 6 in it. My only wish from this movie, is that it does justice to them. That’s it. Afterward I’m leaving. I never meant to cause problems of any kind, I just wanted to be happy. I really messed this up and I’m desperately trying to get out of this.

I’m still excited for the movie, but the poor rendering, the stuff out of sync, all of it felt really distracting.

and how clunky the animation on Rainbow Dash and Twilight looked.

Not joking this was a disaster and this was supposed to get people interested a d it hasn’t set a good first impression at all.
