I’d say Murkey for Slaanesh because literally his entire character arc is that he’s allowed to sense things for himself after an entire life of repression.

don’t know 90% of these characters because i am still finishing the first fallout equestria but the sound fitting.
 
also you said at the end that the chaos gods are all evil, there is the emperor, the ctan, and the eldar gods.

Ok so lets do it like this:
 
Khorne: Either Silver from Heroes or Rampage from Project Horizons.  
Nurgle: Solid fit. Seriously, you did well there.  
Slaanesh: This one is difficult. I would say either Blackjack from Project Horizons, Glimmerlight from Murky Number Seven or Wicked Slit from Murky Number Seven. WS probably the most solid fit but none of them is really THAT fitting.  
Tzeentch: Homage from Fallout Equestria or Red Eye from Fallout Equestria.
 
Know that none of these are really good fits cause these characters are neutral at worst, good at best. Chaos gods are purely evil or at least batshit insane. Hmm, actually Rampage KINDA falls into that.

i don’t know who this rampage character is, also homage’s gun looks from its description EXTREMELY eldar, and it was the eldar who created slaanesh.

Rampage would be better for Khorne, for obvious reasons. Blackjack… Hell, BLackjack might be Slaanesh. It’s hard to place a good character for Slaanesh, since about everything about him/her is evil.

also i have only read one fallout equestria fanfic, the original.. so i don’t know that much about puppysmiles or blackjack, i just based them what little i know.
