We discussed it and were not able to reach a conclusion on if this was foalcon or not due to the lack of proper anatomy and inconsistent proportions. It’s probably more in the “jailbait” range, if there is such a thing on this site.

Well I mean if you grabbed some teenagers and put some lingerie on them and posted it to places that would be pretty close to flirting with the line and DA probably didn’t feel comfortable about it.  
Especially since he adds in the dialogue about them not liking to wear it but then they take a bunch of pics wearing it smiling like some weird photoshoot.  
If this was actual kids around 14-17 the police would be knocking on your door

From what I recall DA’s rules regarding this are kinda funky. They often base the “underage” part on the original canonical age of the characters rather than the age they’re depicted as (source). ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Yup warned him of this on his stream drawing it, that’s foalcon pedophilia stuff. There’s nothing to suggest in the picture that they’re older then what’s portrayed in the show so the only logical conclusion anyone is going to think when they first see it is children wearing sexual clothing smiling.

That’s true the problem with Toxic-Mario has been discussed to death but people think this comic is controversial so we’re trying to discuss about it. His previous comic had only one comment.

Yes, dealing with drama and shitposting is indeed part of being on this site’s staff. However, at the same time, the drama surrounding Toxic Mario has been going on for nearly six months, and it’s starting to get extremely old and repetitive.
 
At this point, it seems like people are just complaining for the sake of having something to complain about. Seriously - almost the entire fandom is shunning him, he’s banned from vending at virtually every pony convention, etc - there’s not really anywhere else for this to go.
 
We get it - he lies, he traces, he’s a hypocrite, he’s not a good artist, etc, etc - everyone’s heard that a hundred times now. Yet people keep saying it, which keeps causing drama and debate that’s been discussed dozens upon dozens of times, and we’re left cleaning up the mess.

We have plenty of mods and assistants who do a great job managing this community. However, after six months, everyone’s getting burned out over this. And on top of that, this is kinda uncharted territory for us too - never before have we had to deal with an artist who got caught tracing multiple times, and then instead of owning up to it like a man, decided to shitpost, openly (and anonymously) mock people who are just asking for answers and explanations, continue flaunting themselves and the rules, etc.
 
Needless to say, out moderation guide does not really cover this situation. So this is something that does kinda require a bit more involvement from admins and senior mods than most things normally would.
