I for one think they’re asking for quite reasonable things.  
Perhaps a deal could be worked out, if they help keep other insects away?  
I’d care for an entire garden of snap-dragons, assuming they survive here, if it meant not dealing with the angry kinds of wasps/hornets, and the wasp-mosquito hybrid that directly translates to ‘Horse Stinger’ (but I don’t know the actual English name)  
I don’t even mean ‘stick around and be guards all the time’, I just mean ‘chase away any they find, especially nests, now and then’
