I didn’t think anything could top Rarity’s freakout in “Simple Ways”, but this one’s real close. Which is impressive, considering how little we saw of it.

Yeah, but just imagine a world with a MLP about to air their 16th season and everyone is mad about it because the show is already too repetitive, i like the show doesn’t matter what but i don’t want to see that happen i just want to see a memorable ending of this show because it deserves that.

I don’t think it was that bad, (Rarity wasn’t bullied into being suicidal) and it seemed handled more comically with Rarity overreacting, as well. In the end they kinda learned not to let what others think/say bother them too much. The Simpsons episode was much more mean-spirited in comparison.

If that’s what you want to think then you are free to be wrong.

Indeed. It’s always a good idea to keep in mind how your own ideals align/misalign with a professional critics when reading their reviews. They’re not the final word, so much as another view to take into account when thinking of what you want out of a movie/book/show/etc.

I just wish it was resolved within the episode instead of implied offscreen. It’s like in “Boys of Bummer”, except the ponies do not learn from their mistake.

I actually didn’t mind the moral that Honest Apple was trying to convey; but I did however feel that it was not worded properly and that it tried desperately to paint Applejack as the villain for being aggressively honest.

Yeah, I know, but… I dunno, an entire group of ponies? That seems rather overkill, to me. And it dragged the episode down a few notches, regardless of the message. I just don’t like that they all get away with it in the end.
