Celestia is the biggest victim of the Worf Effect in MLP FIM.  
Incredibly powerful, important, influencial.  
Defeated by villains quite often to show how truly hardcore and badass said villains are.  
Results in unfortunate backfiring effect of making Celestia look weak instead if done often enough.
