It was never actually shown and it probably never will be. It was just mentioned off-hand after Capper picked a random direction that wasn’t South.

As cool as the Arimaspi Territory looks, I just realized that it makes no sense for it to be where it is; that place SHOULD be located closer to Griffonstone, what with the historical/ mythical rivalry between the two races.

Unfortunately wrong on all counts; Black Skull Island is just a place that was mentioned by Capper during the MLP movie in an attempt to draw Tempest Shadow away from the Mane Six’s true destination after they fled Kludgetown towards the Hippogriff/ Sea-Pony kingdom.

I read that the Arimaspi territory is the hideout of the villains after the death of Arimaspi

It may not be a normal territory but I’m sure the queen chriysals will be good in the first episode I hope that

Sadly, the cutie map’s version is so screwed up compared to this map that you can’t really place anything reliably.
 
Just about every artifact location shown in the S7 finale contradicts everything stated or assumed about where they should be.

Meadowbrook’s village should be in the Hayseed Swamp, but the mask is on the west coast.
 
Somnambula’s blindfold is in the badlands, but it should be on the west coast.
 
Mistmane’s flower is just a bit west of Manehattan. Granted, the buildings and garden there could have been built more recently by immigrants, but the implication is that’s the original site of the village.
 
Rockhoof’s shovel is… in the middle of the Celestial Sea? Or on one of those islands that aren’t on the print map?  
I can only assume it’s supposed to be in what’s listed as the Kirin Grove, since it’s south of the dragon lands where the Netitus is.
