read a little more carefully she asserts that EROS and APOLLO are are using Anon. She sees that to THEM he is a tool but she wants to know what kind. she makes no statements about person hood concerning Anon.

She sees Anon as only a tool and not a being. She then says she cares only for the lives of others. Ooooook.

No irony at all. What Celestia wants is skipping the extraneous details and getting to the point with brevity. “Go to Ponyville and make some friends.” is just that: No backstory on how the Elements of Harmony work, their origins, what she expects the results of using them to be, what qualities to be looking for in said friends, on and on, etc, see the point? It takes more than twenty words to explain what she isn’t explaining, so instead she skipped ahead to the where and what in seven words.

I hope Ms. “Go to Ponyville and make some friends” appreciates the irony of demanding a straight answer.

I want to see Apollo and Celestia bump uglies and create a demon centaur spawn that will rend the very cosmos in twain.

Apollo is stalling because he hasn’t spoken in millenia and as soon as he stops talking he won’t be able to speak again for more millenia.
 
He’s just lonely and Celestia is giving him the bums rush.
