Right, but they could’ve talked her into smashing it. I’m not saying I dislike that they didn’t, but it was kind of a funny and hurried way to resolve it all. “Hey guys let’s just do this thing we can do, I don’t feel like bothering to convince her. We’ll deal with her feelings later”. Considering the time limit, it even makes sense, too.

Interesting comparison. Kinda funny that Starlight was throwing much more offensive magical power around than Wallflower, yet Wallflower was the one who was foiled with a magical laser blast instead of words.

I have to agree with him on that. It was refreshing to not have the antagonist turn into some kind of demon for once.

It was a nice change of pace. Also a good attempt at a realistic teenage villain.

Right? I was fine with Gloriosa but Juniper was too much. She didn’t have enough character to make an interesting giant evil form IMO. Those forms are fun because they’re reflections of a sort of exaggerated bad side of a character.

The first three made sense, fourth one was sort of forced but still made sense (turning into a psychotic monster because “muh camp” is a weak justification but she had enough power to do it in spite of that), fifth was outright bad.
 
Would have been better if Juniper just stayed the way she was and continued sealing people inside the mirror until she was stopped. Turning her into a towering monster was unnecessary.

She didn’t transform because still nobody would notice her XD

Wallflower Blush is so cute it’s ridiculous.
