Description

I’ll post her backstory in the future, I dont feel like typing it all out right now, but basically she has the duty in equestria to raise and lower the moon when the princesses are out on business or duties. She helps take care of natural events, shes similar to the captain of the guards but she is captain over the canterlot weather team. Its very rare a unicorn is involved with pegasi duties, but she was born with an inate talent for it.
