I wonder if you’re a stallion wearing her, does she make you a mare once you put her on? I imagine one possibility is that she has special equipment for both stallions and mares that can be applied while dressing in her so you can wear her indefinitely, possibly even enjoying intimate interactions as if you were a mare.
 
Looks like she’s made of cloth as well. First time I’ve seen a mare suit made of cotton or regular cloth versus latex or rubber or PVC.

No. The only real “effect” she has on you is when you’re wearing her you and her both feel what each other feels as well :D

No, it only put strain on your body physically. Both she and the armor pony can move your body, but it’s not like mind control: they literally just move their body and you, inside them, moves with them. You can absolutely resist and even overpower them if you’re strong enough :D
