I’m surprised no one else updated this image, so I will. “Adorkable” now appears in no less than the Oxford English Dictionary. It is, without question, a real word.

“Selfie” wasn’t a word a few years ago, either, but Oxford has now included it.

Twilight definitely strikes me as the sort who despises neologism; it’s a common feature of literary nerd OCD. I could see Celestia having to take her aside for a warning about deploying the Moon Cannon for people who say “irregardless” or “proactive”.

O, c’mon! Adorkable is a cute word, and is applied to those who are equally cute but slightly too nerdy to realise their cuteness. :3  
So I’ll have to disagree with you on that one, but I completely agree about the use of “Anywho/Anyhoo”, the word those people are trying to think of is “Anyhow”. :)

I my opinion, people that use the word “adorkable” rank right in there with people that say “anywho”… that is, people who should be kicked down a flight of stairs.

It’s a coherent string of letters that can be pronounced. A pretty fair number of people use it. It has a widely agreed upon meaning. Sounds perfectly cromulent to me.
