I like how the demographics are “women over 18” and “NOT women over 18”

Because there are so many things that aren’t women except not because we only have two genders.

Cartoons from 20 years ago were way better. They weren’t afraid of being a bit dark, or even cruel sometimes. And they could be kind of deep, or address matters that the audience would not face until later years (like that T&J link Grieffon posted). They were intended for kids, but, i don’t know, they were a work of quality. They could help you grow up.

Children nowadays get… Well… Shit. It’s like they are trying to make them fools or something (i think Telettubies were banned because they cause some kind of retardtmen in children’s mental growth?).

Cartoons (and all the like) nowadays are complete and utterly SHIT, nothing more and nothing less; with some glorious exceptions, like the work of Miss Faust and her husband.

@Grieffon - I just watched “Rescue at Midnight Castle” out of curiosity. Nothing in FiM has been that dark. Granted, the G1 ponies were far more lighthearted, simplistic, and “girly,” even if the plots and villains weren’t.

So apparently the things in S3 so far is “too dark”.

Going by nowadays standard, cartoons from 10 years ago should all be R-rated.

How do they even count this? How can they tell if it was watched by 5 year old and not 6 year old?
