Tbh her power comes from feeding on and “stealing” love, she should be like semi-starving at this point, so unless she fed on animals off-screen, it would be hard to picture her putting up a fight at her current state, hence why all her tactics are stealthy.
 
Exactly. Unlike the first time around, she doesn’t have a very powerful unicorn to feed off of for an indeterminate period of time, to the point that she caught Celestia off-guard, and she doesn’t have her army to help her gather power for a sneak attack either.
 
All she has left is her above average power and her determination.
