A site like this requires a very beefy server and very high bandwidth. The countries that clearly allow loli content either do not have the sort of servers required, or do not have the sort of bandwidth available at an acceptable cost. The only way to keep the site running were the server moved to such a place would be to fill the site with porn and dodgy ads; pop ups, pop unders, trackers, malware, penis pill and pregnant grandma sex ads, etc. Or, put up “premium” memberships, cutting off features for pay-for members.
 
That is not something this site will ever be subjected to, certainly not just for people that want to jerk it to drawings of little kids. If you want that content, go elsewhere and stop expecting or demanding it be here.
