Your expectations for what was going to happen if you turn this into the “longest comment chain” appear to be very strongly held - but there isn’t a badge for that on this site, and there’s only ever been one image comment thread where that was permitted. And that thread moved to the forums long ago.
 
If you want to appeal this, or think that our rules should change, please create a new thread in Site & Policy, or come to the Support Channel in Discord.

That you were quoting above rating lines from some other product doesn’t make it ok to post them on a safe image.

and it didnt really stray into those topics of evisceration THOSE WERE THE ACTUAL LINES FROM THE GAME! halo 2 mission 5(the arbiter) cutscene 1 LOOK IT UP

im pretty sure bronyairman2552, nightwatch, and I(along with a few other users) would have become legends of sorts if we had been allowed to finish what the image started

we intended this thread to be in the comments FOR ALL TO SEE JUST HOW NERDY WE ARE… after all who do you think added the two tags along the lines of “comment chain” and “quote chain in comments” i was feeling good about this back in the second new mombassa cutscene…. i could almost TASTE the glory of earning my first badge on this site for participating in a continuous comment chain of LEGENDARY proportions… you slaughtered what we were sure would have gone down in this sites hall of fame(if it has one) for longest comment chain with most continuity and most relevance to the image… we were going to finish what the image caption started

In this case, if the Role Play hadn’t strayed into above-rating topics like evisceration then it probably wouldn’t have been reported, but we do ask that role playing be kept in the forums, and that image comment threads be used to talk about the artist’s work or the image itself.
 
If you would like to do something like this in the future, you can create a new thread in the RP forums, or some other forum if that seems more appropriate, and use this image as a part of the first post to inspire your role play/Halo reminiscence/LARP - whatever you want to call this.

There isn’t a “halo badge”, and breaking the rules on our site (however well intentioned) results in bans, not badges.
 
However, if you think that reciting every cutscene from a game will inspire someone to create such a badge, feel free to use the forums for that.
