You know, I get where you guys are coming from, but this show has pretty much always had moments where the girls are affectionate towards each other. And honestly, just as it’s ok to interpret Applejack and Rarity as a couple, it is no more or less valid to see them as close friends who legitimately care about what happens to each other without any romantic intentions.
