At least I can read the text just under the “LITTLE PONY” title as “Xiao-ma Bao-li Zhe-yang-hua” (means “little-horse, precious-pear, this-kind-draw”, word by word, read as “shyau mah bau lee jer yung hwah”).
 
But, I am not very fluent in my own native language either!

Finally, I can draw my favorite characters from all those “cake topper” sets they sell on Amazon!
