well, “endearment” is what it is, ideally, but it can also be a kind of not nice way to tell someone they’re hopelessly naive.
anyway I agree wholeheartedly. I’d add that sometimes we can’t prevent bullying, and that’s okay too, as long as we didn’t miss a chance to prevent it because we decided that life isn’t fair.
though, if people weren’t stigmatizing innocents, then this image wouldn’t be nearly as poignant as it is…
@redweasel @Meanlucario
Please look at it less as “belittling you” and more like camaraderie?
Either way, the image is more poignant when you know the backstory. And we should all do what we can to prevent bullying, and to help those hurt by it.
I just wish people wouldn’t hate on innocents, just because they don’t like how they were created. someone goes after the parents, that’s their business.

your belittling of me really isn’t appropriate, no matter how wise it makes you feel.
Welcome to life, kiddo.
it’s not fair, it shouldn’t happen, and you should prevent it, if you ever have the opportunity.
No, but when is life fair?
that it exists does not make it right, nor acceptable.
Welcome to life, where it’s the easier targets that get punished.

When it’s clear that one of the parents committed adultery…
I’m not talking about him. and why is that life?
That’s life. Also, it doesn’t look like he’s scolding her.
yeah but how is that her fault?
Because he’s not the father.
