No, but “we be far apart and we only care about being technically related ’cause symbolic” was kind of a strong theme of the episode.
 
Still pretty hilarious to hook a pair of characters up at what is explicitly a family reunion, and modern sexual sensibilities are so often more about symbolism and crotch-feelings than reality anyways, often enough, so.

Applesauce, Granny Smiths mother’s sister, is 5 generations removed the Pie family. This makes Marble and Mac 8 generations removed at minimum. It’s already not incest at 4. Saying the marblemac ship was “gross” because of this is like saying you don’t drink soda because someone may have farted near it in the grocery store.
