Is that what happened to him? I suppose I can believe that. The last thing I saw that involved him in any way was some new article diatribe related to the… let’s just say outcome earlier this week, in which he basically congratulated America for electing its “last” president.
 
I’ll tell you though, that, combined with another article I saw in which Glenn Beck of all people came across as sane, supportive of the opposition, and interested in finding common ground with the other side to help stop the party divisiveness, has me half convinced I somehow crossed into an alternate universe somewhere along the line.

Back before Michael Moore went full dingbat, he nearly got a houseplant elected to the New Jersey House of Representatives as a protest vote against a perpetually unopposed incumbent; the election office refused to certify the write-in votes.

Then the Electoral College would determine that she was ineligible to serve (because she was not born in the United States and is probably younger than 35) and it would roll over to the United States Presidential Line of Succession. Same thing that would happen if the president elect died or was murdered or refused to take the oath of office, etc, etc.
 
PS: Voting for cartoon characters has a long and proud history and is an option that I hope those who are voting for the first time will seriously consider - especially our esteemed cousins in Sweden who have turned it into an art form.
