I can see a fanfiction follow-up to this where Spike, with Starlight’s help, watches over Twilight until the side effect wears off and she turns back to normal. I kinda hope someone uses this idea for a fanfic.

Rule of funny and all, but it’s weird to see them just walking away and leaving baby Twilight alone with Spike. After everything Twilight has done for everyone, they could at least take care of her until the side effect wears off. She’d do the same for them.
