On a more serious note, I’m glad G4 is ending after Season 9, the show was becoming a jumbled mess of half baked ideas and characters with a cast of writers who didn’t seem to watch the first few seasons let alone know what to make of them all. Not to mention the mean spirited direction the show seemed to be going for in Season 8.
But that’s just facts because I, a random shitposter on Derpibooru am the arbiter of opinions about the candy-colored horse cartoon show we call MLP:FiM.
It turns out The End in Friend was written by G. M. Berrow of all people. On the other hand, NCC was written by Kim Beyer-Johnson, whose only other writing credits are Triple Pony Dare Ya! (another Season 1 regression), The Great Escape Room (Pinkie nonsense), and Ail-icorn, meaning they started with a bad episode… I wonder what episodes they’ve seen…
Meanwhile, Yakity Sax was the Fox Bros., A Matter of Principals was Nicole Dubuc, and Fake It ‘Til You Make It was Josh Hamilton, who wrote Parental Glideance, Triple Threat, and Secrets and Pies.
Why are the writers only counting what’s canon to Fallout: Equestria, anyway?
That would explain Dash and AJ suddenly reverting to sub-Fall Weather Friends characterization, and Dash and Rarity having a friendship issue that feels implausible so many years into their friendship with one another.
But yes, sure, fair enough. Still a shame to see it go.
