The only real effect she has is sleep paralysis on her “victims”. That and having an evil looking demon horse flopping on you is what scares you into having bad dreams. Of course, if you know she’s coming and are used to her, you’re probably not going to have bad dreams from her anymore :D

so after many years of spooking ponies and other monster pones, she has finally found someone who accepted her spookiness and even manage to knock her up. It’s so wonderful I think I’m gonna tear up. :”)
