Love/playful bite. I fully expect (and has been shown) Spike is aware of how dangerous and strong he is as a dragon. Plus out of everyone in the castle, he is the most mature and one of the most in the entire comic series.

Spike’s teeth can bite through diamonds. Think about that for a moment.

I find it interesting that, after all the teasing by Starlight, all it takes is for Lily to shake her butt in his face once to finally get Spike to act on it.
