Yes. Having learned nothing from almost killing 5 of the ponies who repeatedly save the entire world and angering every other potential Wonderbolt recruit with her dangerous, unnecessary showboating, she forms a team of other ponies with more adrenalin addictions than sense and doubles down on her previous performance by almost killing Scootaloo after ignoring her concerns and lack of practice completely and pressuring her into a completely untested stunt she had no way of knowing would even work.
 
She can cry all she wants. I have exactly as much sympathy for Lightning Dust as she has for the ponies she repeatedly puts at risk. None.
