We could also get a continuation of G4, but the G5 most people think about is a reimagining of G4.  
And if it is, I’ll love it, I think alot of us will love it, but obviously there is a portion of the fanbase that is just gonna hate no matter what we get.

I dont know what the movie is exactly…it only shows up on the wikipedia page for EQG, and the title is supposedly beautiful. I’m skeptical, because it is wikipedia, but it’s still worth mentioning.

According to the leaked emails, G5 would actually pick up with season 1 of FiM. It is FiM, same characters, message, themes, and core “spark” just reimagined if the Mane 6 had different backstories, a few things Meghan wishes they had done in FiM but couldn’t, and a different world. It looks less like G5 and more like G4 remastered, tbh.

Yeah. She said it a while back in an interview with CB.com. Lines up well with Hasbro’s upcoming releases too. Of G5 was around the corner, we would start seeing it pretty soon. Instead, we have a big slate of FiM-inspired content.

Oh, gotcha. I guess we aren’t getting a final special, either. There is the Christmas special, and it might end the Better Together series we have had since 2017, but even the leaks have it continuing clear through G5. Plus, a new movie popped up on Wikipedia, though it doesnt have much info.

Not to say I really like the way they look or anything, but the fact that they all have their own unique look does make them seem like they’re more lived, like they have more unique and separate identities. They really do look like older mares with amazing stories to tell.

I love Twilight’s new look. So beautiful and royal. Also, I don’t hinkmshe is immortal, she just has an expanded lifespan. She will outlive her friends but she will eventually die and join them in the afterlife.
