She did come out from Discord realm, that would mean she lived with Discord now.

They’ve clearly gotten closer over the years. Fluttershy’s animal sanctuary is apparently tied to Discord’s chaos realm, and the critters have no problems hopping between the two. Whether that’s making the Chaos Realm tamer or the wildlife stranger, I’m not sure.
