Let me know if you disagree - maybe it’s just falling on deaf ears - but I mostly just want shippers (and even a ton of people who don’t ship much) to stop insisting and acting like it’s absolute canon. It even gets outsiders/ex-fans who heard about it to think it’s just as concrete as LyraBon and lump it in with what LyraBon represents.

I like to think Fluttershy, at this point, is Discord’s officially licensed therapist.

Why even bother debating? They admitted they wanted to leave those couples ambiguous, didn’t they? So, how about the shippers just keep shipping and enjoy that really high-grade shipping fuel, and all the non-shippers just ignore the hints and create headcanons to explain how they aren’t actually romantic.

The debates I’ve been in have not been enjoyable.
