It’s not obvious. Starlight and Sunburst both have blue eyes and Luster has orange. And I’d like to think that Starlight and Sunburst would be parents who can make their children realize the importance of friendship from a very early age.

Not just standing together. Based on a previous episode, its possible they also live together. Sunburst moved to Ponyville to help Starlight run the school. I bet they live together in Twilight’s old abandoned castle.
