Little Red is a pink-maned, white-coates background foal with Snips’ body shape. And Coloratura’s dancers were seen in other episodes, so I decided to count them.

Don´t know who Little Red is, but we can debunk the Breezies because all of them have eyelashes and are a different species.  
As for the dancers one could assume that it is part of their Makeup like coloratura´s fake eyelashes seen in the same Episode, but I give you that it was not shown to be the make up.
