The Discord redeemed episode was planned when the first Discord eps came out too, so yeah, no fanservice. Derpy and Lyra+Bonbon is fanservice.

well, trixie wasn’t fan service. the idea was approved in january 2011. It was originally meant to be a season 2 episode.
