There are videos of deer eating steak. What’s your point? A hungry animal will eat any high calorie food you give them. You can find outliers of almost anything. Doesn’t make it relevant.
That’s not correct. An obligatory herbivore must eat plants to obtain their nutrients. But that does not mean they CANNOT digest meat in small quantities.

Horses are not obligatory herbivores.
An obligatory herbivore can’t digest meat at all and can not survive without plant food.
While it’s more healthy for them to eat plants like grasses, fruits and vegetables equines can digest meat and even live on meat only diets for months on a time although it could give them health problems.
Let’s clarify a bit. “Obligate hervivore” means they can’t get the nutrients they need without eating plants. But it doesn’t mean “exclusively from plants.” They’re capable of digesting meat, but it’s not optimal and regular meat in the diet can make them sick.
