Well, thdre is Cuddlhu, who is a sentient mass of tentacles in a pony suit, and “she” seems to be female, at least in terms of gender. As for biological sex, who knows?

I was thinking of adding an extra bit about there being a way to save the vegetative victims, to do with making new images of Aubrey that relate to whatever question the victim happened to ask her, resulting in them waking up.

Description: SCP-5693 is an equine-like entity with lusciously silky dark-purple hair and a pair of green eyes, one of which will stare at the nearest human, while the other sees all their dirtiest secrets.
 
SCP-5693 presents a significant cognitohazard to anyone observing the entity. Subjects exposed to SCP-5693 will immediately enter a state of obsession towards the entity, usually resulting in numerous compliments being directed toward it. Try wearing pants? I feel like it’s the greatest separation in how Pony artists draw their pones, either the pone completely lacks any private bits and then there is no big deal in how the pone is positioned, no need to have that embarrassed Fluttershy in bed with Rainbow Dash removing her bed sheets. “Fluttershy Sleeps in the Nude”  
Or if the pone has all of the stands mammalian parts, then just wear some clothes and avoid any modesty issues.  
Nah, for me it’s the issue of Badumsquish mentally conditioning me to find a monster girl to be the ideal waifu.
