That won’t happen. Thundercats Roar was an exception because it had no appeal whatsoever, but even if you hate it, the target demographic is going to adore this show.

Yup, that is exactly what is going to happen. They are already using the “It’s not for you! It’s for children!” excuse for ridiculing everything that made these characters memorable, as if children didn’t also love G4, were retarded and had the same weird 30-something tumblerite’s fascination with sarcastic deconstruction of everything they didn’t create.

Agreed. It will spit all over what made FIM good and likely even insult those who say “This isn’t up to the quality of FIM”, then they will probably lash out with “You have a poop mouth with poop opinions.”

This is the other point I have to make. You can clearly see the direction it’s going in, so there is no reason to sit around and twiddle your thumbs thinking the final product won’t be exactly what you’ve been shown.
