Didn’t NMM return literally the day after Twilight arrived in Ponyville? Which episodes could have been crammed into that time period?

My HC is that FiM episodes are sometimes out-of-order when compared to the real timeline of Equestria. I think some episodes of the first season happened while Twilight was still making friends before the return of NMM.
