Um… can I have an explanation? This “end of derpibooru” thing just kinda came out of nowhere, and I’m vastly confused.

The last one is not total destruction of derpibooru, its supposed to be total destruction of a country.

Interfering with police isn’t really something you should do. It’s unfortunate what happened but yeah I don’t think running in there and tackling a cop off of someone they are trying to arrest is going to end well for you either.

George Floyd was not shot, he was choked to death for over nine minutes in the middle of a busy street while everyone watched and did absolutely nothing to stop it. The four cops who did it are guilty of the murder but frankly everyone who just stood there is just as responsible for his death.

Bunch of artists have filed dnp request because of this fiasco. First because of the alleged censorship, and then after policy reversal because not prohibiting nazi imagery.  
So far it seems not too many of them are that profilic (imo), but this will reflect for future artists too.

I’m from Mexico, and while I was sure that the U.S situation with the protests is still not over, I didn’t know it affected THIS site as well. Huh, if something like that happened here no one would give a damn.
 
I wish all of you the best of luck and hopefully this site survives whatever the world throws at it. And about George Floyd? I think it’s best if politics and stuff like that are kept away from this site, it’s just not going to work.
